E*TRADE connects through Alphalog Broker Connection, our unified broker-connectivity layer. You complete a secure authorization flow and Alphalog begins importing read-only trade and balance data.
Can Alphalog execute trades on my E*TRADE account?
No. Every connection is read-only. Alphalog can see your trades, holdings, and balances — nothing else. We cannot place, cancel, or modify orders, and we cannot move funds.
How often does my E*TRADE data sync?
E*TRADE trades typically appear within minutes of execution. Pro and Elite plans get increased sync frequency.
Does Alphalog support multi-leg options strategies from E*TRADE?
Yes. E*TRADE options trades arrive with full strategy attribution — vertical spreads, iron condors, butterflies, and custom multi-leg combos are grouped correctly in your journal.
Is my E*TRADE data secure with Alphalog?
Yes. All data in transit is TLS-encrypted. Direct-integration tokens are stored encrypted in Supabase Vault. Partner-integration tokens are held by our broker-connectivity provider under their own security standards. Row-level security means only you can access your data.
